Sewage Suction Truck User Guide
1. Preparation before operation
A:Park the rear of the sewage suction truck as close to the operation point as possible.
B:Turn the handle of the return oil tank through cock to an angle of about 45° with the axis of the oil inlet pipe, and observe the oil inlet pipe. There should be lubricating oil flowing.
C:Open the side door of the platform box, take out the sewage suction hose, and swing it backward without bending.
2. Suction operation
A:Draw the suction hose into the dirty liquid as deep as possible, ensuring that the end of the pipe is always 300mm below the liquid surface during the operation.
B:Push the four-way valve handle to be vertical to the ground.
C:Put the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backward to engage the gear and take off the power, and the vacuum pump starts to operate.
D:Open the tool box in the cab, pull out the buzzer switch, and turn on its power.
E:The operator can see through the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the driver should be notified, and the colleague should quickly pull the suction hose off the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the buzzer will emit an audible and visual signal at this time. The driver should reduce the throttle after receiving the signal, push the power take-off switch forward to disengage the gear, stop the vacuum pump, press the buzzer switch, and cut off its power.
F:Make the handle plate of the fuel tank through-cock parallel to the axis of the inlet box and close it.
After flushing the hose, put it back into the platform box, close the side door, and point the boom toward the top of the cab.
G:Close the anti-overflow valve and make its handle perpendicular to the road axis.
H:Drive the sewage suction truck away from the operation point.
